Girls on the Run is an international, after-school wellness and self-esteem program dedicated to promoting self-respect and healthy lifestyles for girls in grades 3-5. The ten week program contains twenty lessons, which focus on understanding ourselves, valuing teamwork, and connecting with the world at large.
